We have members who are involved in litigation, who are being denied insurance coverage and in some cases denied the medications that they need to live a quality life. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a safe place where people in pain can talk and ask questions. We need your cooperation to keep it this way.

Dr. Patty’s Chronic-Intractable Pain and You Sites, Inc. (CIPAY) is a no spam site. This includes chain letters, cartoons etc… Spamming will result in being banned immediately from all Dr. Patty’s Chronic-Intractable Pain and You Sites, Inc. (CIPAY).

-Advertising is not permitted, except if the management o.k.’s it.

-Please do not copy any material unless it is approved by senior personnel.

· We do not allow drama of any kind. This does not mean that you cannot rant about your pain in the appropriate places. Any member or staff starting drama on the site (s) will be banned immediately.

· If a question is not answered or a comment acknowledged by a staff member within 24 hours please forward the question/comment to the President (Founder) or senior staff so that it can be addressed.

· No member shall personally benefit monetarily from any fundraiser or event held by Dr. Patty’s Chronic-Intractable Pain and You Sites, Inc. (CIPAY). Violators will immediately banned.

· No member may solicit the general membership without the express approval of the President and Founder. Violators will be immediately banned.

​

· Knowingly providing false information on your application profile will result in an immediate banning from the site.

​

· All articles that are posted to Dr. Patty’s Chronic-Intractable Pain and You Sites, Inc.(CIPAY) are not the property of, or licensed to the operator will be acknowledged properly on the website. Non-compliance may result in suspension or banning.

· Suspensions may last from 30 to 90 days and are subject to appeal. Banning is permanent and does not have an appeal process.
